Claire Redfield returns, along with one of Barry Burton's daughters, Moira.  Together, they are taken to an island where there's been an outbreak of virus-infected monsters.  It's up to them to get off the island, but that's not that easy.  Later on, Barry Burton, comes along, and with a young girl, to the island to come rescue them.
