Synopsis

Immediately following the events of Resident Evil Afterlife has Alice and a fleet of Umbrella copters lead by brainwashed Jill Valentine in a battle at the Arcadia ship.  Many of the survivors that were onboard the ship were killed or captured.  Alice fights back against Jill, ending with her falling into the ocean, and then captured and taken to an Umbrella facility prison.  The fate of Chris Redfield and his sister Claire is unknown.

Alice eventually wakes up on a chamber in the Umbrella facility in Eastern Russia, where Umbrella has an assembly of clones of Alice and others involved in the fight against Umbrella being test used in test areas that resemble different urban or suburban environments. 

Up of on the icy surface above the underwater Umbrella facility is a small group of rescuers includes Luther, Leon S. Kennedy, Barry Burton, Sergei and others are on a rescue mission to retrieve Alice, get her to safety and shut down the sinister Red Queen super security computer.  While on the search in different testing environments, Alice and Ada Wong find themselves encountering twin axemen, and some familiar faces from her mission in The Hive years ago, but are clones of Rain, Carlos Olivera and One, plus Jill Valentine herself, where they do battle.

Escaping the underwater facility won't be easy as both Umbrella Special Forces Unit clones, and dangerous creatures in the test environments come out of the shadows to kill Alice, Ada and rescuers.

After escaping the facility, the group drives down the icy surface only to be disrupted by Jill and Rain in an Umbrella transport and do a battle that leads Rain defeated and Jill mentally restored to her good self.  Jill, Alice and company return to Washington DC where Albert Wesker had made himself at home in the White House Oval Office.  There, he sneaks in returning Alice back to her super powers, and the rest of the group are some of the of the human race that the Red Queen wants to finish off.
