Request:
Replace valve pipe in pump room. Various pipe repairs throughout.

Problems:
Overflowing toilets, water supply shortage.

Notes:
When the valve is closed, water from the fire prevention system is diverted and the sprinklers fail to function properly. This should be fixed as soon as possible.
