To unlock Agent Hunt, just beat either Chris's, Leon's or Jake's campaign mode once.

Costumes and characters, once unlocked, can be used in all Extra Content modes. Carla, Agent, and the Left 4 Dead 2 characters do not have alternate costumes. In solo mode, A rank is awarded for 100,000 points, B rank for 80,000 points. In duo mode, A rank is awarded for 180,000 points, B rank for 120,000 points:

Ada Wong: Complete Ada's campaign

Carla Radames: Unlock all other characters and their Costume 1

Costume 1: Clear any map with an A rank

Helena Harper: Clear Urban Chaos with a B rank

Piers Nivans: Clear Steel Beast with a B rank

Sherry Birkin: Clear Mining the Depths with a B rank

Finish all four campaigns to unlock infinite ammo for all your guns.

Complete the Resident Evil 5 Campaign to unlock the "Curious Fan" title.

After beating all four campaigns, there will be a secret video at the end of each campaign.

A fourth campaign, Ada's campaign is unlockable when all 3 campaigns are completed once. This campaign unveils answers to the mysteries behind the 3 campaigns.
